Sustainability
We are aware that our conduct must be in harmony not only with our economic, ecological and social responsibilities, but also with the perspective of future generations. For this reason, caring for human health and safety, the economical use of resources and the protection of the environment is one of the fundamental principles of our company.

Responsibility
Preventing hazards to people and the environment, and strictly complying with the laws, regulations and all other applicable requirements in force in Türkiye regarding occupational health and safety and environmental protection, is the duty of every one of our employees. In addition, identifying and assessing hazards and taking appropriate measures is the duty of management. We actively encourage T-MAX employees on occupational safety matters and support the exchange of views with employees and employee representatives.

Our Products
We develop and manufacture our products according to the basic principle of "Safe – Environmentally Conscious – Economical". Our products do not adversely affect people's health and safety, and they are designed so that their environmental impact is minimised at every stage of the life cycle, including the recovery and disposal of the product.

Processes
When designing our products, while also taking the economy into account, we give priority to human health and safety and take care that environmental impacts are as low as possible. We are also prepared for fault situations. We act with the same mindset when working with our stakeholders.

We continuously review our processes and our conduct. We measure our impact on people and the environment. From this, we identify our weaknesses and our potential for improvement, ensuring the effectiveness of our occupational health and safety and environmental protection programme.
A Conscious Stance Towards Limited Resources
Healthy ecosystems and biological diversity are the foundation of life; they are essential for abundance and prosperity. But natural capital is limited. For this reason, the decline in the ecological resources of future generations is one of the greatest challenges society faces. T-MAX supports environmental awareness and actively addresses this issue by setting targets through clear regulations and group-wide measures.
The responsible use of energy and resources has been among T-MAX's priority goals for many years. In order to protect the climate in a measurable way, the company has defined a CO₂ target and established clear management structures. As of 2022, T-MAX aims to reduce its carbon dioxide levels by 20 percent relative to its added value and compared with previous years' levels.
However, environmental targets are not the only method the company uses to make progress in protecting the climate and resources. T-MAX also attaches great importance to raising the awareness of all its employees and stakeholders across the country. The company does this in cooperation with a number of local initiatives.
